Your English is fine, but you are confusing a bunch of different things.
Linux as a kernel is very lightweight, its used heavily in IoT and embedded. Raspberry Pi’s and phones happily run linux. Your kernel isnt using much system resources at all.
Your Linux distro on the other hand is usually where the “bloat” lives, but there is plenty of choices there. You can choose from any of the lightweight Linux (MX Linux, antiX Linux etc) which require less than 1GB of ram, and run on old 32bit CPUs.
Linux isnt putting AI into the system, I don’t know what you mean by that, but they are accepting code written by AI, as long as a human is accepting responsibility. Redux is much more hardline about AI, so if that matters to you then sure.
If you are finding Linux buggy, it would be wise to look into exactly what is wrong, because its likely not the kernel, and also likely solved by someone already. I haven’t seen a kernel crash in decades.
